About Us

Chris - THe chef

There is nothing I love more than being in the kitchen having fun, experimenting, creating new exciting dishes. With over 20 years experience in the industry, along with my travels through Asia and the Middle East I have a wealth of knowledge I love to share with everyone.

How it all started

Like most chefs in the industry I started at the bottom as a Kitchen porter as a part time job while I was studying. I worked my way up through the ranks specialising in fish and shellfish. My passion is to entertain whilst providing amazing food combined with exceptional service.

We are a family business with a great hospitality experience. My wife Jana handles all the clients needs, from planning, organising and booking your unforgettable event with us. My son Theodore is my quality control and chief food taster, no dish makes it onto a menu without his approval. We look after every guests individual needs and provide an exceptional experience in the comfort of your own home. The service you receive from us is something very different to your standard Private Chef service.
